Activity Breakdown

  • Sedentary: Work a desk job and you don’t exercise
  • Light activity: On your feet a lot during the day and you exercise 1-2x week
  • Moderate Activity:Active for most of the day and exercise 3-5x a week
  • Very Active: Physically demanding job & or working out 5-6 times a week
  • Extremely Active:Very physically demanding job & or working out 6-7x a week, sometimes 2x a day(athletes)
