Weight Loss

These weight loss programs aim at burning the most amounts of calories as possible in a workout session! Contrary to popular belief, strength training can actually burn more calories then cardio so the Weight Loss programs will be centered around multi joint lifts that keep you on your feet and keep your heart rate elevated in conjunction with cardio mixed in to keep things fun and exciting!

Tone and Sculpt

Contrary to popular belief, there’s no such thing as “toning” reps or exercises. Toning appearance occurs when you have a sufficient amount of muscle mass in conjunction with lower levels of body fat. The Tone and Sculpt program aims to make you stronger while adding muscle, combined with the proper nutrition to lower your body fat and give you that tone and sculpt look!

Size and Strength

For those wanting to add muscle mass or wanting to get as strong as possible, the Size and Strength Program covers both of these. This program alternates between phases of intense strength training followed by intense muscle building phases using bodybuilding principles! Such as anything else, nutrition will be the most important factor for those wanting to gain a lot of muscle.

Legs & Booty

It’s no secret that one of the biggest trends in fitness right now is having a big booty and strong legs. The Legs and Booty program covers both of these goals, as each workout will include exercises to target the glutes and legs to achieve maximum results. While the main emphasis in this program is legs and booty, each work out includes a few upper body exercises, as BB Fitness believes in an overall healthy physique!

Sports Performance

Current athlete, former athlete or do you just want to train like an athlete? Follow these 2, 3 or 4 day splits to become a better athlete today! Brandon Burden has helped train pro, collegiate and high school athletes across the US. Aside from playing Division 1 football himself and training with top tier Strength & Conditioning coaches, Brandon also spent 2 summers interning with the University of Missouri Strength & Conditioning department studying and learning the art of coaching and program design for elite athletes!


HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a short bouts of high intensity exercise followed by a rest time that is shorter, equal or more than the exercise performed. Clients can choose from 20 or 30min workouts that will be intense, effective and efficient with their time, as well a variety of exercises to keep them engaged and working hard!
